Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your AceXCode subscription or credit purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis — the refund amount equals the subscription fee minus charges for the days you have used the service
  • Renewal charges are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 48 hours of the renewal date
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Pro-Rata Calculation

The daily rate is calculated by dividing the total subscription fee by the number of days in the billing period. The refund amount equals the total fee minus (daily rate × number of days used). For example, if you purchased a monthly plan for ₹2,302 and request a refund on day 3, the refund would be ₹2,302 − (₹2,302 ÷ 30 × 3) = approximately ₹2,072.

3. Credit Top-Up Refunds

  • Purchased credit top-up packages are eligible for a pro-rata refund based on unused credits remaining in the package
  • Refund requests for top-up packages must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • The refund amount is calculated as: (unused credits ÷ total credits purchased) × package price

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions where more than 7 days have elapsed since initial purchase
  • Renewal fees where more than 48 hours have elapsed since the renewal date
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@acexcode.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  • Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

6. Reversal Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a non-refundable reversal fee of &rupee;20. This fee covers payment gateway processing charges incurred during the refund transaction and will be deducted from the refund amount before it is credited back to your original payment method.

7. Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (within the RBI-mandated T+5 window for domestic transactions)
  • The refund will appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles depending on your payment provider

8. Effect on Account

Upon approval of a subscription refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Credits corresponding to the refunded amount will be removed. Your account data and settings will be preserved.
