• Audio streams are processed in real time for transcription and are not stored on our servers

We use the following third-party services to operate AceXCode:

• Razorpay — Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Groq — AI inference for generating interview responses. Query content is not retained by the provider beyond processing.
• Google OAuth — Optional authentication. We only receive your basic profile information (name, email).
• Cloudflare — Infrastructure and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Account data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Cloudflare's global network
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage
• All communications use TLS/HTTPS encryption
• Authentication tokens are short-lived and securely rotated
• We implement rate limiting and abuse detection to protect your account

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage records are retained for billing and analytics purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
