Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

You may cancel your AceXCode subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what happens to your account and credits after cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

  • Navigate to Settings > Subscription in your AceXCode dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email us at support@acexcode.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation requests are processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to all features until the billing period expires
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier

4. Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the eligible refund window (7 days from initial purchase or 48 hours from renewal), you may separately request a pro-rata refund per our Refund Policy. The refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion of your billing period.

5. Effect on Credits

  • Remaining subscription credits are available until the end of the billing period
  • Unused subscription credits do not carry over after the billing period ends
  • Purchased credit top-up packages remain available regardless of subscription status and do not expire

6. Account Data

  • Your account, settings, and data are preserved after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain access
  • If you wish to permanently delete your account and data, contact support@acexcode.com

7. Reactivation

You can resubscribe at any time by visiting the Pricing page or your dashboard settings. Upon resubscription, your account will be immediately upgraded and your credit balance will be refreshed according to your new plan.
